The location of the boundaries of the land plot is considered agreed if there are personal signatures of all interested persons or their representatives in the agreement on the location of the boundaries of the land plot, as well as in the case, if the interested parties or their representatives, duly notified within the prescribed time limit, have not submitted substantiated objections in writing.
