What you need to connect to the internet. How to connect three phases to a private house? What documents are needed

Nowadays, one cannot do without a high-quality and well-thought-out power supply system. If, when buying an apartment, this problem is solved not by the owner of the apartment, but construction company, then there is a choice to supply electricity to a private house. The apartment has already been supplied with a single-phase power supply, and even this voltage is quite enough there. However, in the private sector, a three-phase network can be quite relevant. In this article we will tell you which electrical network is better: three-phase or single-phase, as well as how to conduct 380 Volts in private house according to the law and what documents are needed for this.

Advantages and disadvantages of a three-phase power supply system

It is no secret that the three-phase power supply of a private house is becoming more and more relevant, and this is due not only to the magnitude of the voltage. Let's take a look at all the advantages of 380 volts and here is a list of them:

  1. Connection of the most common in everyday life and in production with a squirrel-cage rotor. When connected to a single-phase circuit, their power, torque, and efficiency are lost. After all, they were originally designed for three phases. The use of such electric machines in a private house may be necessary when arranging a grinding, drilling or woodworking machine and other types of equipment. An owner who has the skills to work with such equipment will always find a use for it. A powerful pump will always come in handy at the dacha, so it will not hurt to carry out 380 volts here.
  2. By connecting three phases, the owner of a private house receives, by and large, three independent single-phase networks at once, which he can dispose of at his own discretion. To do this, in order to get a single-phase voltage of 220 Volts, you need to connect one wire to the phase, and the other to zero. It will be called phase. The voltage between the two phases is 380 volts and is called linear. You can read more about phase and line voltage in the article:.
  3. In the event of a breakdown or emergency in a distribution substation, one or even two phases may burn out. At the same time, the owner of a private house with three phases will have at least lighting and a refrigerator. It should be remembered that for three-phase motors, operation in two phases will lead to its inevitable failure.

Consider, and there are pitfalls here. A three-phase network is needed if there is not enough power of a single-phase network. And even if single-phase is not enough, you do not need to rush to connect three phases, it is better to clarify about the possibility for a single-phase network - this procedure is much easier than matching and connecting three phases.

Three phases must be connected in the event that it is necessary to supply three-phase, which cannot work in single-phase mode, or in the case of the simultaneous use of a large number of electrical appliances, equipment, for example, if the house has a large economy, some kind of small-scale production has been established.

There are also a few more disadvantages of the three-phase power supply system should be noted. One of the disadvantages is the need for each of the phases. The second drawback is the great difficulty in connecting, acquiring another shield, protective devices, etc. The third drawback is a great danger from the point of view of electric shock, since the house will have not only a single-phase voltage of 220 V, but also a linear one - 380 V

As you can see, the advantages of powering the consumer from a 380 volt network are not always obvious. Now it's worth figuring out what documents are needed to connect a three-phase network. We will talk about this now.

How to arrange a three-phase connection

Of course, before moving on to the technical side of the issue and directly to the connection, you need to contact the company that is the electricity supplier in this particular region. To do this, the customer needs to clearly understand and agree on the following points:

  • Network power.
  • Meter type and tariff. It can be a multi-tariff metering device or a single-tariff one.
  • Number of phases (in this case 3).
  • Connection diagram.
  • An organization that is extremely necessary to protect people from electric current in case of breakdown or deterioration of insulation resistance.

Important! Independent connection to power grids is prohibited by law! The procedure for connecting and organizing the power supply must be carried out by highly qualified personnel. In order to connect a private house to a three-phase network, it must be completely de-energized, and it is also prohibited to do this without an energy service.

At the same time, suppliers adhere to clear requirements and rules. Therefore, if the distance from a private house to 380 volt networks, most often passing along the poles, is more than 300 meters within the city (500 outside the city), then in order to conduct electricity, you will have to pay more.

It is also important to note that it is often necessary to provide data on the state of the home wiring before connecting. If the house has old electrical wiring, then there is a high probability that representatives of the electrical networks will not only not give permission to connect three phases, but will also reduce the single-phase network limit to the minimum for safety reasons, since the wiring cannot withstand a heavy load.

The next key issue for connecting a house to a 380 Volt network will be the power that the consumer will take from the network.

There are three degrees:

  • the first - no more than 16 kW;
  • the second - from 16 to 50 kW.
  • the third - from 50 to 160 kW.

Of course, it is better to organize power supply with a power reserve, especially since the growth in the number of devices that operate on this type of energy is still obvious. However, the cost of this system will be higher.

It is also important to note about the power limit - most often up to 15 kW is allocated for an ordinary consumer. And in this case, everything depends on the state of electrical networks, the power of the transformer in the KTP or in the TP. If the power is small, then the supplying organization distributes approximately the power to the houses and above this power cannot be connected, especially three phases. In this case, to connect three phases of the required power limit, a separate transformer is needed - this is already a more complicated procedure, since you need to purchase a KTP, connect it to a high-voltage network of 6 (10) kV. Therefore, an ordinary consumer has to be content with a certain power limit of a single-phase network.

The list of documents that must be in order to connect 380 Volts (in addition to the application itself) includes:

  1. Identification.
  2. Legal Taxpayer Identification Number.
  3. Title documents for residential or non-residential premises (in the case of connecting a garage).
  4. Approved complete living area plan (if available).

A copy is made from these documents, which is submitted to the company to the electricity supplier. However, verification with the originals is also required.

Some suppliers may also request additional documents, just in case, you need to take them with you too:

  • Information about the capacity and a list of all available electrical equipment in a private house, in a garage or in the country. Depending on where you need to conduct three-phase electricity. If the connection is made to a site that does not have electrical equipment, then its assumed types and power will have to be indicated.
  • Information about their maximum power.
  • Estimated time of housing commissioning, if it is not already a residential property.

The installation of multi-tariff meters is very profitable, since if you do not use powerful devices during rush hours, you can significantly save money. For example, at night the cost of electricity is several times cheaper than during the day.

The procedure for issuing a multi-tariff meter:

  1. Preparation of an application requesting the installation of an electric meter.
  2. Obtaining technical specifications for a given meter, which must be purchased if the electricity supplying company does not have this equipment. Often they themselves provide services not only for connection, but also for the sale of metering devices.
  3. Acquisition as well.
  4. Calling a representative of the power supply company to check the correct connection of the metering device, as well as its sealing.
  5. Making changes to the agreement or drawing up a new one, when organizing a new connection of three phases.
  6. Obtaining permission to connect 380 volts.

By the way, there is also such an option as converting a single-phase voltage to a three-phase one. You can find out about that by clicking on the link.

The rated characteristics of the circuit breakers must fully correspond to the load connected to them. There is no specified power on the machines, only the voltage and current for which it is designed are indicated on the case. We talked about that in a separate article.

As for the technical part, namely, connecting a three-phase voltage to a private house, it is better to entrust this matter to specialists, because in the absence of experience and skills, it will be almost impossible to carry out the three phases on your own.

So that you understand how serious everything is, below is an approximate diagram for connecting 380 Volts in a private house, with wiring for machines:

Now you know how to conduct 380 volts to a private house and what documents are needed for this. We hope our step-by-step instruction was useful to you and helped you to independently connect the house to a three-phase network!

Connecting electricity to a house or plot can take a long time - at least a month and a half, at a maximum - up to two years. Although, by law, you must obtain permission within 30 days from the date of application. The very connection of a site or a house to the power grid usually takes up to six months, although it can be connected in a week and a half, or it can take several years. It all depends on the situation, and partly on your persistence.

How to get permission to connect electricity

The procedure is the same, whether you want to connect a plot of land without a building or the construction of a permanent (private house) or temporary residence (cottage). First, find the address of the energy sales company in your area. It is easier to do this on the Internet by writing “the address of the energy sales campaign” in the search bar and adding the name of the district. There are situations when the site is located on the border of the service areas of two power supply organizations. Then the application is submitted to the one whose post is closer.

A completed application and a package of documents are sent to the found address. In each region, the list of documents may differ slightly, but mainly you will need:

  • Application for connection (one of the forms and a sample of filling are shown in the photo below).
  • A photocopy of the passport, the details of which are indicated in the application.
  • A copy of the certificate of ownership.
  • A photocopy of the TIN.
  • A list of all energy-consuming devices that will be connected to the network with an indication of their capacity.
  • Load calculation.
  • Plan of the site and the house on a scale, on which to indicate the location of the nearest electrical poles. If there are pipelines on or near the site (gas, water supply, sewerage, etc.), they must be on the plan. On the plan of the house, indicate the places where the electrical installations will be installed.

You can submit documents by mail or in person. If you decide to bring the application in person, go to the reception to the secretary, submit the completed application for connection in duplicate with all the documents, on the second (it will remain for you) ask to put the date of acceptance of the documents. With this method of filing, you will be answered exactly within the 30 days prescribed by law.

You can send an application by mail. In this case, you need to wait about 45 days, taking into account the time for mail delivery. If there is no answer, send the request again or go and submit it personally. This does not happen often, but there are also such situations: the letter was lost somewhere, sorted, etc.

The photo shows an example of a completed application. This is just one sample, the forms change at least once or twice a year, so you will need to find the currently valid form and fill it out.

What will be in response

In a letter from Energosbyt, you will receive two copies of the agreement on connection to the power grid, signed by the representatives of the campaign, and the “Technical conditions for connection” (TU).

The contract stipulates the deadline for supplying electricity to the site. The standard cost is 6 months. This is the maximum time allotted by law for the performance of all work. In fact, the connection period strongly depends on how far the pole is from the site. For urban conditions, "near" means at a distance of no more than 300 meters, for countryside- less than 500 meters.

If the distance is within these limits, you can be connected faster - in a couple of months. If it is far away, the term can be much longer than six months. Although after this period you can make a claim. Regardless of when you connect electricity to the site, start construction when it is convenient for you.

Sometimes the contract is vague, without a date. For example, this: "Connection of site No. ... will be made within 6 months, but subject to modernization or repair (construction) of a step-down transformer substation." Having signed an agreement containing approximately the same or similar text, you can wait for years: until the organization starts construction or modernization of the substation. Only after that, within 6 months, your site can be connected to the mains.

How much does it cost to conduct electricity

According to the Resolution No. 129 adopted in 2011, if the power consumption is up to 15 kW, and the distance from the site to the nearest post is 300 and 500 meters (depending on the type settlement), the cost of connecting electricity will be 550 rubles.

If the load or distance is greater, the connection is at commercial rates, and these are completely different amounts. For example, in Moscow and adjacent regions, you need to pay from 10 thousand rubles for connecting 1 kW of power. That is, if you need 16 kW, then this is 160-200 tr. and more. According to commercial tariffs, connection fees are also considered if the distance to the pole in rural areas exceeds 500 meters, and in urban areas - 300 meters.

Therefore, it is advisable to find out before buying a site where the nearest connected power pole is. It depends on how much money is required to connect electricity to a house or plot. Agree, 550 rubles and hundreds of thousands - the difference is more than tangible.

Sometimes, even if you need 15 kW and the pole is within the specified limits, you are told that some work must be paid separately. No one has the right to demand payment from you. Even if you need to increase the capacity of the equipment or upgrade the network. If your requests fit into the conditions stipulated above, the cost of connecting electricity to a land plot or house will be 550 rubles.

What then

After the permit and technical conditions are received, it is necessary to develop a project for the electrification of the site. In principle, but if the house is large, with utility and technical rooms, with electricity supply to the installation area of a pumping station or a pump for water supply, it is better to order a project from a specialized organization. And the best option is in the energy sales organization where you applied for connection. Acceptance problems will be much less.

If you draw up the project yourself, it will need to be coordinated with the power supply organization. If the requirements are met, it will be approved for you, if there are violations, they will indicate what needs to be changed. After making the changes, submit the project for signature again. Only having in hand a ready-made signed project, you can proceed to its implementation.

Nowadays, wireless technologies allow you to create a whole home network, which will include all mobile devices and computers equipped with Wi-Fi adapters. Everyone potentially has such opportunities, but not everyone knows how to connect Wi-Fi at home.

What you need to organize a home network

In this article I will tell you what you need to Wi-Fi connections at home.

First, you need a wireless router or access point. Secondly, in order to connect a computer to the router, a Wi-Fi adapter must be installed on the second one. It is worth noting that every modern laptop, netbook, smartphone and tablet is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless modules, therefore, from this side, problems with creating home network shouldn't be.

Today, absolutely everyone can buy a wireless router, since their cost is within the power of any budget. However, if you do not want to spend money on a router, you can create a distribution on a computer or even on a smartphone; if you create an access point on a smartphone, then you can only go to Mobile Internet and then, if it is connected and configured on the dispensing device.

Here I will describe how to proceed if you have made up your mind and purchased a router.

How to organize a local wireless network

Let's consider how to set up a local network via a Wi-Fi router, using the D-Link Dir-300 router as an example. If you have a different model, then don't be upset. They are all configured the same way. The difference between routers is only in the design of the interface and the titles of some sections. Otherwise, the essence of the work remains the same for everyone.

So, turn on your router and wait for it to boot up. After that, you can connect to it via Wi-Fi or via the cable that comes with the device. Next, open your favorite browser and enter the IP address of the router in the address bar. It is indicated on the factory sticker, which is stuck on the device itself (just carefully examine it from all sides). On the same sticker you will find information about the login and password to enter the parameters menu.

If the sticker is missing or worn out, then you can find out all the necessary data in the instructions. If none of the options suits you, then after connecting to the router, start the command line and write the following command in it: ipconfig and press "Enter". It remains only to find the line "Default gateway" - this will be the address of your router. Typically, T-Link and D-Link use this IP address: 192.168.0.1. Sometimes there are routers with the following address: 192.168.1.1.

So, we register the already known IP-address in the browser and press "Enter". Now the system asks for a password and login to enter the parameters menu. By default, in the overwhelming majority of cases, the following data is used: login - admin, password - admin.

That's it, now you are in the router settings menu. As mentioned above, you do not need to configure anything special to create a local network. You can simply enter the name of the network, and also secure it by coming up with a complex password. To do this, go to the "Wi-Fi" section.

In the basic settings, you can enter the name of the router. To do this, find the line "SSID" (or username) and enter any network name you like in it.

A little below you will see the line "PSK encryption key". This is the password for connecting to the network. You can enter absolutely any password here of your choice. The main thing is not to forget it later, because without this key you will not be able to connect to Wi-Fi.

Of course, there are still a bunch of settings, but, as a rule, no one uses them, since for normal network operation, it is enough to specify a name and set a password. Now you know how to set up Wi-Fi at home yourself.

But, if you have cable internet, you can connect it to a router. This will allow you to distribute the Internet over Wi-Fi. Of course, this connection also needs to be configured separately.

Configuring WAN on Router

WAN stands for Wide Area Network. Simply put, it is the Internet. If an Internet cable from the provider is laid into the apartment (house), then you can connect it to the WAN port of the router (RJ-45 interface). Of course, in the router itself, you will also need to enter certain settings. To do this, go to the "Network" section in the router settings. Next, go to the "WAN" subdirectory.

Below, click the "Add" button. In the line "Connection type" you need to specify the type of connection provided by your provider. There are three options to choose from:

  1. PPPoE is an Internet connection using a unique username and password, which is given by the provider upon connection.
  2. Static IP - in this case, you will have to manually enter the network parameters. That is, the provider gives you certain network settings that you must enter when setting up the connection. These data are usually specified in the contract concluded with the provider. But you can call the customer support and ask the operator for all the necessary data.
  3. Dynamic IP - this option sets the network parameters automatically. It works only if the provider provides such services and supports the technology for connecting clients by MAC address. That is, instead of a login and password, a unique number is used - the MAC address of your network card(or router).

As a rule, in the overwhelming majority of cases, the first option is used - a PPPoE connection using the client's login and password. Therefore, in the line "Connection type" set the value "PPPoE".

Additional settings will open below. We are interested in the "PPP" section. It only needs to fill three lines:

  • "Username" - here you need to specify the login that the provider assigned you.
  • "Password" - enter the password assigned to you by the provider.
  • "Confirm password" - here you need to enter the password again.

If you are provided with an IPTV service, and you will watch TV on a computer or on a TV with a Wi-Fi adapter, then check the "IGMP" line. After that, click "Apply" and restart the router.

This completes the router configuration. All devices connected to it will have access to the global web. Moreover, they will all be in the same home group. Thanks to this, you can transfer information between devices in a group, transfer files, and so on. To do this, you just need to configure general access and open access to the necessary resources.

Here, now you know how to conduct Wi-Fi to the apartment. However, there are other options as well.

For example, if you have a laptop, then you can share Wi-Fi from it. Moreover, if you know how to connect a laptop to wi-fi, your virtual network will have access to the Internet. The easiest way to organize Wi-Fi distribution on a laptop is to use the Virtual Router Plus program.

The program is free and extremely easy to use. I think you can figure out its settings. You can learn more about how to distribute Wi-Fi from a laptop in this article.

You can also distribute mobile Internet via Wi-Fi from your smartphone. To do this, you just need to connect to a 2G or 3G network on your phone and activate the "Mobile Hotspot" function in the Wi-Fi settings. You can find out more about this.

How to connect electricity for 550 rubles

Those who decided to build a house and are evaluating the possibility of buying a plot to start construction are interested in the issue of connecting the plot to communications.

In this article, we will look at the issues of connecting electricity for residential buildings, plots and small business facilities of entrepreneurs.

Our goal is to tell you how entrepreneurs and individuals can connect to electrical networks at the lowest cost.

Here we will talk about how to connect electricity for only 550 rubles.

It should be noted right away that 550 rubles is the payment for connecting to the energy infrastructure. That is, this is the amount of payment that must be paid by the owner of the site to the power grid company in order to carry out the construction of power grids by it to the boundaries of the site.

The preferential tariff obliges the power grid company to supply electricity to the boundaries of the site. But the owner of a house or a business object himself must, at his own expense, do the work on the site: buy an electric meter, lay a cable (SIP), put a pipe stand, introduce electricity into the house.

You can directly connect electricity from the support (at the border of the site) in two ways:

Option 1. The lead-in cable to the house is mounted underground (in the figure below, this option is shown on the right);

Option 2. With a self-supporting insulated wire cable from the support (self-supporting insulated wire) (in the figure below, this option is shown on the left).

Options for connecting electricity to your home

It is worth noting that work on the site can cost from 15 to 30 thousand rubles, depending on the selected material, the size of the site.

Electrical work inside a house or an object is not included in this cost and the price of electrical work will depend not only on the size of the house and the materials selected, but also on the owner's imagination.

So, who can connect electricity for 550 rubles?

The list of persons who can connect to electricity for 550 rubles is defined in clause 17 of the "Rules for Technological Connection to Electric Grids", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2004 No. 861.

The decree stipulates that the right to connect to power grids at a reduced rate of 550 rubles is available to persons who own or lease land plot or a real estate object if the following conditions are met simultaneously:

Condition 1: limitation on the connected power.

The maximum connected load of your object (taking into account the previously connected power) should not exceed 15 kW.

Is 15 kilowatts a lot or a little?

To understand how much this is, below are information about the maximum power consumption of some electrical devices.

  • Coffee machine - 1.4 kW.
  • Dishwasher- 1.1 kW.
  • Hood - 0.1 kW.
  • Refrigerator - 0.2 kW.
  • Washer- 0.8 kW.
  • Air conditioner or split system - 1.5 kW.
  • Lighting - 0.2 - 0.5 kW.
  • TV set - 0.1 kW.
  • Storage water heater - 2 kW.
  • Electric oven - 7 kW

In total, the power of these electrical appliances is about 15 kW. Moreover, the main ones are devices that are necessary for cooking, heating water or cooling a room.

You need to understand that an electric stove will not work at its maximum capacity 24 hours a day, as well as a water heater.

Therefore, when assessing whether 15 kW is enough for you or not, take into account the demand coefficient, which takes into account the simultaneous operation of power consumers at maximum.

We recommend that you sum up the power of the electrical consumers that you wanted to install in the house and multiply the resulting value by 0.7. If the received power does not exceed 15 kW, then you can easily connect to electricity at a reduced rate.

Our experience allows us to assert that for a cottage with an area of 100 square meters, 15 kW is enough for the normal functioning of electrical appliances. Of course, if the owner of such a cottage decided to make electric heating in the house or an electric sauna in the yard, then 15 kW will not be enough for him and the tariff of 550 rubles will not be available to him.

For the owners of such a house, 15 kW of power will not be enough.

But for such a house, 15 kW is just right.

Condition 2: limitation on the distance to the mains.

In order to retain the right to connect at a reduced rate, it is necessary that the condition for distance be met:

Distance in a straight line from the boundaries of the site to the power grid facilities of the grid company (power transmission line, cable line, switchgear, substation) the class you need voltage should not exceed 300 meters for the city and 500 meters for the countryside .

This means that if in the application for the technological connection of electricity you indicated the required voltage class of 0.4 kV (380 Volts), then within 300 (or 500) meters from the site, a 0.4 kV line must pass.

If a line of another voltage class (for example, 6 kV) passes right next to the house, and there is no 0.4 kV line nearby, then you will not be able to connect for 550 rubles. You will have to pay more for the connection.

In addition, a grid company (for example, in Moscow and the region it will be PJSC "MOESK") is not at all obliged to connect you for 550 rubles if its networks are not nearby.

Even if your site is located next to the electrical networks that belong to a neighboring plant, no one will force the plant (if it does not want to) connect the house to its electrical networks. Moreover, for 550 rubles.

For such an object, preferential electricity connection for 550 rubles is not available: there is not a single power transmission line nearby. Therefore, the line will have to be pulled from afar, and this is costly

Condition 3: one preferential connection only once every three years.

One more condition was recently introduced: technological connection to electric networks for 550 rubles can be carried out only once every three years.

This is due to the fact that network companies, when connecting consumers at a preferential rate, all measures for construction, approval, etc. produced at their own expense (the cost of these activities costs power grids up to several hundred thousand rubles). Therefore, in order to exclude the facts of abuse on the part of consumers, changes were made to the procedure for preferential connection of electricity.

For example, such cases often previously occurred when entrepreneurs acquired one large piece of land and divided it into many small ones for resale. And each small plot was connected to electricity for 550 rubles.

Now this is no longer possible. You can connect at a reduced rate only once every three years.

What actions need to be taken to connect to electricity for 550 rubles?

If you are a private owner.

If you want to connect electricity to your house or plot and do not plan to do entrepreneurial activity on the site, then it is necessary to draw up an application for technological connection, which should contain the following information (you can also attach copies of documents):

  1. Surname, name and patronymic of the applicant, series, number and date of issue of the passport or other identity document in accordance with the law Russian Federation and the address of the place of residence of the individual. WITH Tip: here you can attach a copy of your passport - the first page and registration.
  2. Requested power. Advice: choose 15 kW at once.
  3. A copy of the document confirming the ownership or other other legal basis for the disposal of the objects (certificate of ownership or lease agreement).
  4. A copy of the cadastral plan, or if there is none, it is enough to indicate the address of the location of the site or house.
  5. Indicate with whom you will conclude an energy supply contract. Tip: here you can specify the main supplier of electricity in the region (for example, for Moscow and the Moscow Region, this is PJSC Mosenergosbyt).

You can download the application form for connecting electricity.

If the house or plot is located on the territory of SNT.

If the house or plot is located on the territory of SNT, then it will additionally be necessary to draw up and sign with the chairman horticultural partnership an agreement on the use of infrastructure facilities and other common property.

What is this paper? If you want to connect a separate input from the mains, and not from the general gardening transformer, then you must submit a document that confirms the consent of the other members of the partnership to use common infrastructure partnership (power transmission towers, land, roads) through which the electrical network will run to your house.

The chairman does not have the right to make such a decision on his own, therefore the issue of signing such agreements should be considered at general meeting all members of the SNT. If the majority votes for, the chairman is obliged to sign such agreements. Without such an agreement, the grid company will refuse to connect to its power grids.

If you are an entrepreneur.

If you are an entrepreneur, then the following information must be indicated in the application:

  1. Applicant's details (for legal entities- the full name and number of the entry in the Unified state register legal entities for individual entrepreneurs- the number of the entry in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs and the date of its entry into the register).
  2. The name and location of the object.
  3. Location of your organization or individual entrepreneur.
  4. Requested power. Tip: specify 15 kW.
  5. Number of attachment points. Advice: in your case - 1 attachment point.
  6. Declared category of reliability.
  7. Tip: Preferential joining is available only for 3 security categories.
  8. If the house has not yet been built, indicate the timing of the design and stage-by-stage commissioning of power receiving devices (including by stages and queues).

You can download the application form for connecting electricity for entrepreneurs.

How can I apply for a 15 kW electricity connection?

Objectively assessing how the situation has changed over the past 5-7 years in terms of convenience for consumers throughout the procedure for connecting to power grids, it can be stated that now it has become much easier to connect to electricity than before.

Submission of an application for technological connection is now also possible via the Internet. Agree, it's much easier this way: you don't need to go to a network company and stand in line.

For example, to connect to the electric networks of MOESK it is possible to do this

It is pleasant to state that the introduction of new technologies in the work of some power grid companies is taking place in a timely manner. All processes are simplified and made more accessible to consumers.

The application was submitted, what's next?

Then you will receive a contract and technical conditions to it. If you sign the contract without comment, then after that you need to wait until the grid company completes its part of the work to the border with your site (build power lines and perform other work).

In accordance with the legislation, the networks have their part to fulfill. technical conditions 180 days (6 months).

In parallel, you need to fulfill your part of the technical conditions on your site. For small objects (no more than 15 kW), this list is small: install a metering cabinet, metering device, pipe rack, etc.

Unfortunately, the network company does not always fulfill its part of the work on time. Sometimes these deadlines are delayed.

In this case, it is quite difficult for a subscriber to influence the network company. In accordance with the legislation, the subscriber can:

  1. Terminate the contract for technological connection (although why do you need this if you need to connect electricity?),
  2. Through the court, seek the execution of the contract by the network company (here, too, the procedure for forcing the execution of the contract is not entirely clear).

What other official payments are provided when connecting electricity for 550 rubles?

There are no longer any payments to be made to the grid company or electricity supplier.

The consumer does not need to pay for the sealing of the metering unit, drawing up any other documents and approvals. Only 550 rubles and payment for work (performance of technical conditions) on your site. Moreover, you can perform the work on the site yourself, you can sign a separate contract, according to which the network company will perform the work on your site, or you can choose an independent contractor for these works.
