Within the framework of the project, the site continues to test Internet banking from various financial and credit institutions. Today we will explore the possibilities of the service provided by Priorbank.

In order to start using the "Internet-Bank" system from Priorbank, it is not at all necessary to go to the branch, registration can also be done on the website.

In order to register, you will have to enter a lot of your personal data, such as name, phone number, passport number, personal number, the last four digits of the card and some others.

We had already registered in the Priorbank system, so we were incredibly happy that it would be possible to avoid all this confusion with data entry. However, the joy was premature. We registered a long time ago, and the login with the password completely flew out of my head.

Therefore, we turned to the Priorbank Contact Center for help. It turned out that access can be restored from the bank's website. To do this, in the section "Internet bankPriorOnline» choose "Restoring access to the Internet bank". And just like in the case of the initial registration, you need to enter a lot of your personal data.

After the registration is finished, the system asks to go to the section "Setting secret parameters for the Internet bank"... Here you need to enter your personal number from your passport, which will become your new login. After entering the mobile number specified earlier, an SMS code is received. We type it and go to the page where you need to generate a password for entering and an authorization code.

We had to go through this, to put it mildly, multi-stage and inconvenient procedure. After that, we have all the necessary login information.

We go to the main page of the Internet bank, and find sections for performing transactions, a chat with a contact center operator, phone numbers for communication with bank specialists, as well as exchange rates.

Now let's see what the sections on the main page contain.

Chapter "Payments" consists of subsections:

In subsection "New" you can pay for various services. If you have any difficulties with finding a service, you can use the filter.

Subsection " Arbitrary " allows you to create a payment using arbitrary details. Recall that for this you need to know the UNP and the beneficiary's account, his account number and the code of the bank in which he is served. The commission for such a transfer will be 0.5% (at least 5 thousand Belarusian rubles).

In the subsection " Setting up auto payments»You can set up a schedule for payments that need to be made regularly.

"Setting up your own»Is a service where you can assign a name to a payment, create a group of payments, delete from your own.

« Receipts of payments made»- analogue of the history of operations in other banks. Each of the receipts can be opened to view additional information and save it to your computer. If you need to find a specific operation, you can use the filter.

Behind the section "Payments" section follows «Translations". It allows you to transfer funds between your cards and the cards of other people. In the case when both cards belong to the same person, you will not have to pay a commission. If - different, the commission will be 5 thousand rubles. The minimum transfer amount is 5 thousand rubles.

By the way, you can make a transfer from a ruble card to a currency one, but in this case, both cards must belong to you. If the cards belong to different owners, it will not work to transfer from the ruble card to the currency card.

General impression

Overall, the impression is positive. However, some of the nuances left an unpleasant aftertaste.

For example, the need to enter an authorization code. Recall that when entering the system, you enter your username, password and symbols from the picture (captcha). Then, to move from section to section, an authorization code is used. But to confirm the payment, you need a mobile code, which comes through SMS messages.

Of course, such a security system was created in order to protect your personal account in the Internet Bank from outside encroachments. But after you enter all these codes several dozen times, the feeling that this was done for your good disappears somewhere :) Another disadvantage from our point of view is the too "confused" system for restoring access to the Internet bank.

Purpose of the program and basic concepts 1.1 Purpose "Priorbank" OJSC presents the application of the Prior Online Internet-Bank service for mobile devices based on the Android and Apple ios operating systems. The Prior Online Internet Banking application allows you to perform the following operations: view balances and receive statements on all your accounts (current, deposit, credit, card); repay loans "Priorbank" OJSC; replenish deposits of Priorbank OJSC; transfer funds between your cards; pay for services: mobile and home phones, Internet providers and cable TV, insurance and security to pay for utilities throughout the Republic of Belarus using the system of the Single Settlement Information Space "Settlement" (ERIP), payment of an arbitrary payment; receiving information about the current exchange rates, as well as current news from Priorbank OJSC; search for ATMs and bank branches by their current location or address.

4 4 1.2 Basic concepts and conventions Bank - "Priorbank" Open Joint Stock Company. CBU Center for Banking Services of the Bank. Client is an individual who is a consumer of the Bank's Products. User A client who uses the Internet Banking Service. SDBO System of remote banking services of the Bank. Consists of services Prior Online Internet Bank, Prior Mobile SMS Bank, Prior Mobile + USSD Bank. Conditions for connecting to the Internet Bank 1) When registering the Internet Bank, the Client must agree with the Offer Agreement provided to him on the Internet Bank website, the Rules for the provision of RBS services and Tariffs. 2) The Client, upon registration, independently sets his Secret parameters, manages his accounts and access to services. 3) The Bank provides access to the Internet Bank after user authorization. 4) In the absence of a Registered phone number to receive the M-code, the client can make active operations (associated with debiting funds from the account) only between their products: transfers from card to card, replenishment of deposits, repayment of loans. 2.1 Terms of work with the Internet Bank mobile application Applications can be installed on your mobile device through the Google Play and Apple App Store. To work in the mobile version of the Internet Bank, it is necessary that the mobile device is connected to the Internet and that you are a user of the Prior Online Internet Bank service (know your Login, Password, Authorization code to enter your personal account). If your mobile device runs on the Android operating system, then you need to go to the Google Play application store, type the word “priorbank” or “priorbank” in the search bar, select Priorbank System Technologies from the list of available applications and install it on your device. If you are the owner of a mobile device with the Apple ios operating system, you should perform similar operations, only select the Priorbank JSC application in the Apple App Store. Please note that Android and Apple ios applications are free!

6 6 3. Working with the program 3.1. The procedure for connecting to the mobile Internet-Bank system If you are a client of Priorbank OJSC and you have an Internet-Bank connected 1. Download the Prior Online Internet-Bank application to your mobile device. 2. Log in to the system using the secret parameters of the Prior Online Internet Bank. If you are a client of Priorbank OJSC, but you do not have an Internet Bank connected 1. Download the Prior Online Internet Bank application on your mobile device. 2. Using the application, in the "Registration" menu, fill out an application for connection to the Prior Online Internet Bank service. 3. Familiarize yourself with the Agreement, Tariffs, as well as the Rules for the provision of remote banking services and mark the sign “I agree with the agreement”.

7 7 4. Fill in the application for connecting to the Internet Banking containing the Password and A-code. When filling out an application, it is necessary to take into account: Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Password and A-code are entered in Latin letters and numbers from 8 to 16 characters. Lowercase and uppercase letters are different. Password and A-code cannot match. Password and A-code are case sensitive and keyboard layout sensitive. The phone number to receive the M-code must be a Belarusian operator - MTS, Velcom or Life :). Passphrase - when you call by phone, the Call Center Operator has the right to request a Passphrase. If errors occur when filling out the application, the program warns about this with messages next to each incorrectly entered field. 5. 9 Logging into the system After connecting to the service and defining all the secret parameters, log in to the system. In the "Login" menu enter: 1. If mistakes were made when entering a name and / or password, the program will respond with the message "Invalid username or password". If you enter the Password incorrectly 3 times, access to the application will be automatically blocked for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, unlocking will occur automatically. 3. After a successful login, you will see the products with which you can work in the application:

10 Working in the system To view the list of transactions, select the account you need. Invoices are displayed in the application depending on the number of customer products: 4 or less products, the “Products” tab; 5 and more products of the tab "Cards", "Deposits", "Credits". In the menu of card transactions, it is possible to view the balance of the selected card, card statements, make a payment or transfer. If it is a credit card, you can view the loan debt. Balance In the “Balance” menu you can view: the available balance of funds; card status; validity; information about the last performed operation.

12 Payments When you select the "Payments" menu item, you will be able to use a step-by-step wizard to make payments for services. The "Own Payments" branch contains a list of details of payments made by the client earlier. This thread was created for the convenience and security of payments in the SDBO. In the "Settlement System" (ERIP) branch, you can pay for any service from those included in the Single Information Space (ERIP). This system unites participants in the process of accepting payments from individuals in favor of service providers (mobile and landline communications, utilities, Internet, security, education services, etc.). Service providers provide information on personal accounts and debts to ERIP, and the Bank provides its customers the ability to make payments for all services included in this system. To make payments in the "Settlement" (ERIP) system branch, find the necessary service in the tree (among the republican or in the city). To pay, you will only need to know the phone number, contract or personal account and new meter readings (to pay for meter services).

13 13 When you select the "Payments" menu item, you will be able to use a step-by-step wizard to make payments for services. 1. Enter the Authorization Code; 2. Receiving and entering the M-code; (If the details of the payment being made are in the "Own Payments" list, this step is skipped) If you pay for the service for the first time, an SMS message containing the M-code will be automatically sent to your registered mobile phone number from the Bank (from 1211) and some details of the payment being made. For example: M-code must be received within 5-10 seconds. If the message does not come, request the M-code using the USSD command (for MTS and velcom subscribers) or SMS (for MTS, velcom, PRIVET and life :) subscribers). To do this, call * 212 * 99 # from your registered mobile phone number or send an SMS message with the text 99 to the number Enter the M-code from the message to confirm your payment.

16 Own payments Each new payment in the mobile version of the Internet Bank must be confirmed with the M-code only once. Payment details, once confirmed by the M-code or made using mobile banking services (USSD-Bank or SMS-Bank), are saved in a special list "Own payments". Own payments also include transfers of funds between your accounts: Replenishment of your own deposits; Repayment of own loans; Transfers between your cards, including transfers by subscription. In the mobile version of Internet Banking for ios, you can edit the list of your own payments. You can remove unused payments from the list:

Payment of custom payments In the “Custom payments” menu, you can make a payment in Belarusian rubles for any goods or services, except for payments to the budget. For making a payment for an arbitrary service "Priorbank" OJSC charges a commission in accordance with the current tariffs of the Bank.

If you click on the button for Android and for ios, the system will provide you with a list of ATMs and Central Bank of Ukraine OJSC found by the specified search parameters.

Recovery of the Password, A-code and Username If you have forgotten your Password for accessing the Internet Bank, Authorization code (A-code) or Username (Login), you must fill out an application for restoring secret parameters. To do this, the user draws up an application on the Internet Bank website. All secret parameters of the User must be redefined, as when connecting to the service.
