The backbone of the artel - about 20 people - are people who have worked for about 20 years. For them, the artel is the main place of work. In winter, they live in a nearby village and, as a rule, go on vacation paid by the employer every two years, including travel expenses. Photos are below, in the competition section.

A fight broke out between the workers. A policeman arrived - there were only two of them at 250 km - he drew up a protocol.

The artel was selected on the recommendation of a fellow countryman. It was known that there are not the highest earnings, but they are guaranteed.
