Good afternoon! Through the public services portal, I applied for a replacement of a Russian-style passport (instead of a damaged one). I was invited to submit documents on 04/05/2014 (Saturday) from 8:00 to 11:00 to the department of the Federal Migration Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region in the Verkh-Isetsky district, located at the address: Yekaterinburg, st. Krylova 1a, room. 227 to Smolkina Nadezhda Nikolaevna. I came up with all the documents to the indicated address at 8:00 and went to office No. 227 and. I have never heard such rudeness anywhere: - the employee (a woman aged) did not introduce herself, rudely asked: "Why can't I sleep at 8:00 on Saturday?" - to the question "introduce yourself, please!", She did not answer anything, rudely grabbed the documents (marriage certificate, passport to be replaced, military ID, receipt of payment of the state duty, then again rude and said that you need to come for a passport in two hours - she took the documents without providing any document stating that the originals were confiscated from us, just threw them on a pile of papers, turned around and left. I can’t say that it was Smolkina Nadezhda Nikolaevna, since the woman refused to introduce herself. I have a huge request, an employee who is rude in this way should be punished. Neither In what state institutions have I not heard such rudeness. An aged woman (short hair) was in office No. 227 at 8:00 on Saturday 04/05/2014. Please look into this situation. Thank you very much! Sincerely, Evgeny Vladimirovich.

For several weeks, at any time, on any of the working days, none of the above phones is answered! On the website of public services, they can’t say anything intelligible!

On 07/06/2914 my 14 year old granddaughter had her first "wonderful" experience with our passport office. She was born and grew up to 14 years old in Russia. Has a Russian birth certificate. When they received it, they didn't mark their citizenship yet. And now, when trying to submit documents for a passport of a Russian citizen, she was sent to the queue along with migrants to obtain citizenship. The first experience of humiliating a Russian citizen in his own country, obtained at the age of 14, greatly contributes to the patriotic education of young people with all the ensuing consequences. This is despite the fact that in the fall the child was fairly calmly issued a passport, having carried out all the necessary procedures, including a citizenship test. About what, by the way, in the birth certificate there is a mark. It turns out that in one service there are different, and apparently incompatible databases. Or employees of one department do not enjoy the trust of employees of another and do not have access to databases. On the administrative regulations please do not refer. They are also written by you, the employees of the service, which means that you are obliged to agree on procedures in order to simplify the provision of services to citizens. Not to mention the refusal to accept documents due to the lack of their photocopies. Are you completely impoverished? Can you make a photocopy of the original? Such a practice can be regarded as sabotage at the state level and discrediting the state in the eyes of its little citizens and their parents.

For several weeks, at any time, on any of the working days, none of the above phones is answered! There is no response to official requests from the military registration and enlistment office of the city of Neftekamsk of the Republic of Bashkortostan!

I don't know how effective it is to leave feedback here, hardly any of the employees of this state. institutions reads them and rethinks their professional behavior in favor of respectful attitude to clients. Nevertheless, I will also write my not the most pleasant review about this "office" (I have no other word) for people who are going to visit it, so that they are ready for all the surprises that can be found in the Federal Migration Service of the Verkh-Isetsky district. So, recently I came to change my passport due to a change of surname. First I went to the head of this gloomy institution to clarify which office I should apply to, since my registration is not Yekaterinburg, but regional. My God, this woman (so to say "leader") with the surname Kuznetsova glared at me with a withering look when I first entered (please note, I knocked like a well-mannered person) that I got goosebumps. I told her that I would like to clarify in which office I am, since I do not have a Yekaterinburg residence permit, and in response to this, this lady Kuznetsova began to make claims to me in a rude tone, why I do not change my passport at the place of residence, that they have without I have a lot of work to go to my city to change my passport and in general that I came here! I was wildly indignant, but plucked up courage and answered her that a citizen of the Russian Federation has the right to change his passport at the place of actual residence, after which she looked at me again and threw the application form at me. Then I went to the room with the completed application. 236 (I didn’t look at the name of the inspector), the woman turned out to be quite pleasant in comparison with the previous person, she even greeted me, accepted the documents and told me to call me in a couple of weeks, find out about readiness. And well, I've been calling this "wonderful" institution for 3 days already - not a single phone is answered! And is it a government organization? Of course, I understand that Mr. employees get little, a lot of work, a disgusting room with a terrible renovation, where they sit there (more like an old shabby basement with windows rattling from a draft) - but my dear, gos. employees - these circumstances do not give you the right to be rude to customers, and especially in the person of the head - Ms. Kuznetsova! I dare to remind Mrs. Employees have a code of ethics, but apparently in this UFMS of the Verkh-Isetsky district, the head himself completely forgot about its existence!

I went to change the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation to replace the stolen one. Of course, when my documents were stolen from me, I understood that I would have to run around, but not completely. By contacting this service, you run doubly: first, to the passport office for a certificate of registration (although the Federal Migration Service must do this yourself), then it turns out that you forgot to make a copy of some document, and run to look for where it can be done. The FMS does not bother itself with such nonsense, although we pay a high fee. But most of all I was outraged that people, like cattle, are driven out into the street when the lunch break begins! What's wrong if people sit warm and wait for our civil servants to eat? Probably, they are afraid that we (the people) will unite them!

The information indicates the working hours, including Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm On Saturday, October 8, 2016, the branch on Krasnouralskaya did not work at all! I came twice hoping to get a passport, the deadline for receiving is October 7th. The gates are locked, information about the operating mode, signs, signs - everything is missing. There is also no reason to cancel the working day on Saturday. I have a question for the employees of the Federal Migration Service - you are civil servants, your salary is paid from taxpayers. Where does this disrespectful attitude towards taxpayers come from? On what basis do you not consider it necessary to even inform people about the mode of operation and drive to no avail several times a day?

I would like to thank the Deputy Head of the OOViP UVM of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region Shestakova Ilona Igorevna. I applied to the Federal Migration Service at Krylova 2 to issue an invitation to a foreign citizen from individual. Filling out documents in several copies took a long time, the working day of the FMS staff came to an end. But Ilona Igorevna took the position, accepted my documents after the end of her working hours, personally checked and helped to correct inaccuracies, treated me very politely and attentively. It was unexpected to meet in the state. The institution of such a tactful, smiling person who is able to stay at work so that I, an ordinary citizen, do not have to take time off from work again and go to the other end of the city in order to submit documents.
You rarely see such an attitude towards people and their work in our officials. How many employees would just slam the doors in front of waiting customers at exactly 5 p.m., even if it would take a couple of minutes to receive ready-made documents.
Many thanks to Ilona Igorevna Shestakova - a professional in her work and a sympathetic, understanding person!

The work of the Federal Migration Service in the Sverdlovsk Region, in particular its branch in the Kirovsky District, can hardly be called even unsatisfactory! Everything is just disgusting! I wanted to get advice on the issue of filing documents for a second citizenship and make an appointment in advance at the Kirov branch, which is on the street. Uralskaya 70-A. She called non-stop for four hours to all service numbers (both at 70-A Uralskaya St. and at 2 Krylov St.). In the Kirov branch, only a new specialist picked up the phone, who could not adequately answer my questions. None of the workers picked up the phone, including the head of the department. In the Federal Migration Service for the Sverdlovsk region, only an answering machine worked, which for 30 minutes asked me to wait on the line for the reason that no one can answer at the moment. I tried to sign up through the site, but the result is almost the same - "Sorry, but the site is not working at the moment." Having worked for about 20 years on public service, I could not even imagine that such an ugly organization is currently possible with the provision of public services to citizens. Everything has been done so that citizens do not receive this service! I will definitely share my impressions about trying to get advice and make an appointment to receive public services at the Kirov branch of the Federal Migration Service in the Sverdlovsk region with Federal Service FMS.
