The main reason is that everyone else has an error message at a certain stage (usually the last one). We are 99% sure that this was done on purpose. In particular, this is observed on the website of VSK and Alfastrakhovanie. Other companies, for example, Energogarant, issue CMTPL online only for their clients.

That is, through the site, you can only extend the current OSAGO policy of this company.

How to apply for an OSAGO policy online - personal experience

We managed to issue an online policy only on the website of the Zetta Insurance company (formerly Zurich). Let's tell how it happens.

To buy OSAGO online on the website of this company, you need to register and enter your personal account.

In it you need to fill out your profile:

After that, go to the "My contracts" section and click "Buy OSAGO policy".

In this section, you need to fill in all the items:

Calculation and payment

At the last stage, the system issues the cost of the OSAGO policy, calculated according to all the entered data. You can pay for the policy with a credit card.

After that, the electronic policy, already stamped and signed in PDF format, will be available for download in your personal account, and a copy will also be sent to your E-mail. You need to print it out and carry it with you like a regular policy.
