25 frame story. Technology "25 Frame". Some interesting facts

- 5102

The 25th frame technology is used to push someone to do something. The psychophysiological basis of the "25th frame" is the mechanisms of suggestion using unconscious stimuli.

The term "frame 25" is not considered scientific and is only used in popular articles. Instead, a more specific and specific one is used - “a subthreshold (subsensory, unconscious) stimulus (stimulus)”.

Psychophysiology, Gershuni and Kostandov, who studied the perception of words briefly displayed on the screen, experimentally confirmed the possibility of unconscious perception and discovered a special class of so-called "subsensory" (subthreshold) conditioned reflexes.

For example, Kostandov conducted the following experiment. A group of subjects was briefly exposed to the inscription on the screen: "hot". At exposures of less than one millisecond, the subjects did not perceive the information in any way. Note: 1 second is equal to 1000 milliseconds.

When the exposure was increased to 10 milliseconds, the subjects did not notice the word “hot” displayed on the screen, but subjectively felt that they became hot. When the exposure was increased to 100 milliseconds, the subjects could read the word "hot" on the screen, but they did not feel that they were hot.

Thus, it was found that between the physiological threshold of perception (less than one millisecond) and the threshold of consciousness (100 milliseconds) there is a subthreshold zone of perception (subsensory zone of perception), where information is perceived by a person, bypassing consciousness.

It became possible to see the 25th frame on a TV screen only with the advent of a special computer program in 2002. It was then that the Euro-Ministry for Information and Press of Russia let it slip that 25th frame technology is used in every program and every commercial.

The technology of forming a television image on the screen is based on the frequency of a standard electrical network - 50 Hertz (50 times per second). The footage is a temporal sequence of half-frames at a rate of 50 fields per second (ie 25 frames per second). The demonstration of two half-frames that form a full frame of the image on the screen, lasting up to 40 milliseconds, is below the threshold of consciousness, falling into this subthreshold zone.

With the help of this technology, installations are introduced into the subconscious, for example, to suppress the will, to have a positive attitude towards candidates in elections and to the elections themselves.

Feeling worse after watching TV.

It has been observed how an unthinking one-year-old child, carefree and not paying any attention to the environment, playing with the TV turned on, suddenly began to look at the screen with an unblinking fascinated look every time an advertisement was shown.

University of Minnesota researchers say high school and middle school students who sit in front of television for a long time are more likely to develop a junk food addiction in the future.

They observed over 2,000 middle and middle school students and concluded that the amount of time they watched daily was directly related to children's food habits.

So, those who sat in front of the TV for at least 5 hours a day ate less fruits, vegetables, whole grains and foods high in calcium. Their diets were more frequent in various types of snacks, fried foods rich in trans fats and carbonated drinks.

Any program can be embedded with footage that causes an attraction to alcohol, drugs or forms a positive attitude towards scammers.

Watching a movie or a TV show, we succumb to frame 25. At least that's what many experts say. This phenomenon means the influence on the subconscious of a person, the laying of attitudes. Such a tool can become a powerful weapon of influence, which is used for good purposes or propaganda of negative deeds. A person does not perceive the image that appears, but deposits the data in the subconscious. A lot of myths and real facts have been collected around the phenomenon. What is effect 25 frame? Is this fiction or reality?

It has been established that a person consciously captures and perceives 24 frames in one second of time. True, this parameter depends on the clarity of the picture and the speed of the image on the screen. Therefore, an additional frame shown during this period of time is perceived exclusively by the subconscious.

What is the 25 frame effect? This is a video technology, which is usually used to prevent the glow from the equipment from entering the screen. Two types of techniques are used to produce the effect. The film projector is designed in such a way that after the issuance of frames it is closed with a shutter or obturator. In the resulting pause, frame 25 is displayed on the screen. This requires another projector that reproduces the desired information. In this case, the conditions are met. But how to see frame 25 in movies?

A person consciously captures and perceives 24 frames in one second of time

The image of the 25th frame should be lighter than the rest of the frames of the film, broadcast or cartoon being broadcast. Plus, the duration of the image is selected. It should be shorter in time than the main frames. Otherwise, the information is read by consciousness, and does not go into the subconscious.

As you can see, this process is difficult to implement. That's why skeptics and reject the existence of the 25 frame phenomenon and its impact on people. In order not to get lost in conjectures, check the presence of the phenomenon yourself. To do this, you will need computer equipment and a standard video editing program. The inserted image or word is viewed and read, the person's vision is not turned off, he fixes the information, but does not attach meaning to it. If it is not entirely clear how this happens, then imagine a noisy room where a lot of people are having a conversation. It is impossible to make out the words of an individual person, but the crying of a child is heard in this scale.

The history of the appearance of frame 25

For the first time, James Vikeri spoke about this phenomenon. He provided the public with the conclusions that he made according to his own observations. To do this, the businessman conducted an experiment in one of the US cinemas. During the summer season, James showcased the popular tape, inserting images of cola and popcorn between regular shots.

According to the businessman, the marketing ploy worked: sales of carbonated drink and corn doubled. Vaikeri patented the discovery and opened a company that provides services for adding 25 frames of product advertisements to movies.

Skeptics reject the existence of the 25 frame phenomenon and its impact on people

Naturally, such an event caused an explosion in the world. After all, we are talking about influencing the consciousness of a person and inclining him to purchase certain goods. Government officials and media representatives requested repeated experiments. James did research, but the data presented above turned out to be a "duck". None of the people who watched the film succumbed to the propaganda, there was no increase in purchases. Interestingly, when asked to provide previous data and figures, Vaikeri refused.

The history of the appearance of frame 25 makes it clear that the phenomenon is caused artificially and has a specific task, namely the creation of a business and making money selling services

Much later, frame 25 began to be perceived as a threat to children and adults.

So what is behind this phenomenon? Is this fiction or reality? Is there a 25 frame in a video ad? Here are some well-known facts to answer these questions:

  1. The Psychological Fellowship of America has done its own research. Based on observations of people, psychologists concluded that the 25th frame does not have the effect James claims on a person. Official rebuttal issued in 1958.
  2. A student from New York, Rogers, researching frame 25, went to the cinema where the research was being carried out. In New Jersey, amazing discoveries awaited the guy. The director assured that such experiments had never been carried out within the walls of the cinema. Seeing the area of the halls and the number of screenings, the student realized that the declared number of subjects would not fit in one season in the cinema.
  3. 5 years after the experiments, the businessman made a confession. He claimed that no research had been done and that all the data had been fabricated.
  4. Since interest in frame 25 has not faded, research continues to this day. Dutch scientists confirm its impact on the subconscious of people. To do this, hidden advertising must be designed in the form of jumping alphabetic or numeric values. Plus, scientists have deduced a different exposure time. To get the effect 25 frame must exceed 1/25 sec.
  5. The Russian media exploded with information about frame 25 in the 90s. Journalists claimed that with the help of this technology propaganda and zombies are being carried out among the population. People were persuaded to learn foreign languages by buying videocassettes. Whether this was actually unknown. But, in 2006, the authorities passed a bill prohibiting the use of frame 25 in audio, radio, video products, through the TV screen and cinemas.

Surprisingly, people, understanding the impact of the 25th frame on the subconscious, consciously acquire courses with its recording. The effect of 25 frames for weight loss is especially popular. There are many positive and negative reviews online.

How does such a technique work? Slimming with 25 frames is a video, with words, pictures, images. The course is set on a computer and viewed daily for 30 minutes a day. The developers of the program recommends taking a break for a month, then repeating the course again. To improve the result, you should pronounce phrases from the video before bed. That's it, you don't need to do anything else. Just expect to go from plump to slender goddess.

It's amazing that people believe that you can lose weight from watching a video. Why it happens? Well-known weight loss programs involve serious work associated with physical activity.

Losing weight through the 25th frame is an easy way, while the programs do not cost a lot of money. So why not try? Moreover, there are positive reviews about the use of the program.

Before you decide to buy this course, think about whether you are sure that the program will not cause harm. What other suggestions can be written under the topic of losing weight? Plus, keep in mind that positive reviews about the program are simply not true, which are written by fake people. Although the effect of the program is possible due to the action of another little-studied phenomenon -: believing in the effectiveness of the program, some people actually lose 2-3 kg.

The effect of 25 frames in cartoons

The question of the presence of frame 25 in programs for children and cartoons has been repeatedly raised by child psychologists. Caring people created a video proving the presence of an extra frame and influence on children.

Many parents have wondered if there are 25 frames in Disney cartoons. Disney cartoons especially got it. The harsh actions of the heroes of the cartoon Shrek were discussed, in particular, the video talked about the substitution of concepts: cruel and aggressive actions were hidden behind the positive hero. For example, Princess Fiona kills a bird, and Shrek inflates a frog. Over time, the noise around children's programs decreased, and cartoons were not banned.

Nevertheless, it is worth asking the question: why is the 25th frame in cartoons dangerous? Perhaps parents are raising a panic in vain ... But while we do not have a definite answer, we advise you to be careful when choosing programs for your child. Young children perceive what is happening in the frame literally and apply what they see in real life. The child is usually not able to distinguish good from bad, because there is no accumulated experience behind him. Children under 6 years of age are especially susceptible to the influence of what they see on the screen.

It is not completely known whether 25 frames are used in cartoons

Show children cartoons according to their age. Start with pictures for the little ones. Choose cartoons recommended and tested by psychologists. Plus, take into account the time that the child spends watching TV: limit it to 30-60 minutes. in a day.

Despite the official statement of the person who opened frame 25 about the juggling of facts, it continues to be studied and applied. Courses are available for learning English, Frame 25 is inserted into a political advertisement, used to attract children's attention. The real impact has not been proven, since the information is read by the subconscious, which works individually for each person.

Media reaction

This experiment gave rise to many myths in the media and caused a wave of outrage in society. In 1957, Norman Cousinis published an article in the Saturday Review, "The Stained Subconscious," in which he concluded that the 25th frame could be used not only in advertising popcorn, but also in promoting ideas.

It has long been known to influence the minds of viewers by "impermissible" methods, because of which a person becomes a real zombie.

The most scandalous method of "telezombing" is the effect of "invisible" or the 25th frame. Its essence is as follows. As you know, in order for the human eye to not notice the transition from one frame to another during the projection of a movie or TV show, 24 frames must change per second. The so-called "25th frame" is impossible to catch with the eye, but psychologists have long known that it has a very powerful suggestive effect and therefore its use is prohibited.

The idea of the 25th frame itself appeared back in 1957 thanks to the American psychologist James Vikeri and was simple, like all ingenious. The standard film speed in a projector is 24 frames per second. We paste the twenty-fifth - the viewer will not even notice, but the information that the "invisible" frame carries is firmly stuck in the human subconscious.

After the Vikeri screenings, those leaving the cinema hall suddenly began to feel an inexplicable sympathy for popcorn and Coca-Cola, it was these products that they decided to advertise in a new way first of all. Advertising firms were very happy with the new source of income, but the authorities considered such "zombification" of the viewer a violation of human rights and banned the technique of the 25th frame.

But the CIA, KGB and other similar organizations did not pass by this development, and there is a lot of evidence for this. Scandals flare up every now and then: "invisible" footage is pasted into the TV network to denigrate one candidate, and there to glorify another. Recently, the license for broadcasting in Yekaterinburg of the TV company "Author's Television News" was suspended due to the company's deliberate use of the 25th frame for psychological impact on its viewers. Well, maybe they glue it. But the whole question is, isn't it in vain? Is the power of the notorious 25th frame really that great? Several companies operate on the Russian market offering audio, video and computer programs for learning foreign languages using the "25th frame" method. In advertising their products, they usually refer to the long-proven effectiveness of such methods, for solidity, mentioning secret experiments.

An advertisement for one of them claims that “numerous scientific experiments begun forty years ago by the CIA, the KGB and other special services have shown that information presented in the subsensory mode of perception is assimilated by a person with an efficiency thousands of times higher than the norm. This due to the fact that in people 97% of mental activity takes place at the subconscious level and only 3% at the conscious level.

Subsensory, that is, information not realized by a person, is really assimilated by the brain. However, the whole problem is that it remains unconscious. A person cannot voluntarily retrieve from memory that which has got there apart from his consciousness. You can get to these boundless storerooms of our memory either by acting on certain parts of the brain with electrodes (which was accidentally established during neurosurgical operations), or in critical situations (for example, before an execution, a person’s whole life flickers in the mind).

Under normal conditions, the unconscious remains unconscious. Therefore, all the statements of advertising that the memory freed from "Freudian censorship" "begins to work miracles, processing and forever capturing huge amounts of information" are only partly true. Thus, advertising claims that "in one or two hours, the subject learned at the level of recognition more than 60% of the words presented." Key words here: "at the level of recognition". They mean that when a person is presented with the same words, he will “recognize” them, that is, he will say: “Yes, yes, I saw them somewhere”, but he is unlikely to be able to say WHAT they mean ...

And in general, the idea of measuring knowledge of a foreign language by thousands of learned words is rather strange. After all, this knowledge is determined not at all by the feeling that we have heard all these words somewhere, but by the ability to understand foreign speech, speak, read and write in a foreign language. Companies offering these methods did not present a single study that would objectively compare the results obtained for the same number of sessions using conventional methods and the "25th frame" method.

But the technique of "25th frame" in narcology has been used by Russian doctors for more than 15 years and, according to experts, gives tangible results. It is absolutely contraindicated only in patients with epilepsy and schizophrenia. Its efficiency is quite high.

Briefly, the principle of treatment is as follows. The patient does not touch a glass for some time or refrains from taking drugs. Then he receives brief information about the effect of the 25th frame and formulates a task for himself. For example: "I won't drink for five years." Then he watches a video cassette, from which for half an hour the number 5, the phrase "5 years without alcohol" and the like persistently penetrate into the patient's subconscious from "invisible" frames. Depending on the nature of the disease, one or more "video coding" sessions may be performed.

Experts say: nothing surprising, because at the same time as the method of the 25th frame, ordinary psychotherapy is used, and what exactly treats the patient is unclear.

I think it doesn't matter in this case. What matters is what helps. Let the treatment be achieved even simply by self-hypnosis, without the participation of video ...

The effect of the 25th frame. 25 frame, the truth about 25 frame

What is the 25th Frame Effect?

They talk about it, write about it, argue about it. He is feared and slowly but surely becomes the cause of mass paranoia, which was recently reinforced by experts from the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Television and Radio Broadcasting, stating that the use of a single-frame insert is a standard method of psychological influence. Many, for sure, have heard about the so-called “effect of the 25th frame”, but not everyone can imagine what it is, for what purposes it can be used, and how effective it is. First, let's look at its history.

In 1957, a well-known American psychologist, a member of the American Psychological Association and the American Association for Market Research, James Vickery conducted a series of experiments in New Jersey movie theaters, which laid the foundation for the targeted use of the “25th frame effect”. As you know, Vaikeri installed an additional projector in the cinema, with the help of which the phrases “Drink Coca-Cola” and “Eat popcorn” were also projected on the screen during the screening of the film. These key phrases were displayed on the screen so quickly - only 1/300 of a second - that the human eye simply could not see them. The man was unaware that he was seeing this image. However, Vaikeri was sure that this information would be captured by the subconscious, bypassing the consciousness. The results of experiments with brilliance confirmed this assumption. In those screenings where the additional projector was running, the sale of Coca-Cola in the cinema buffet increased by 17%, and the sale of popcorn - by 50%.

It turned out that the “effect of the 25th frame” is a very powerful means of suggestion. With repeated repetition, the information from the twenty-fifth frame is firmly established in the subconscious and, using a special training technique, can be brought to the conscious level. Everyone liked the idea, and the invention very quickly appeared on television, having received the name "effect of the 25th frame" (in a regular movie, frames change 24 times per second, and if you paste one more, it will be 25 - hence the name). Vaikeri did not publicize the details of his experiment (in particular, the explanation for the difference in percentages between the goods sold), explaining this by a reluctance to disclose the contents of his patent application. But this did not prevent people from meekly believing in the effect of the 25th frame, and the discovery of sub-threshold advertising brought millions of dollars to the author for several years. And everything would be fine, but in 1958 the issue of a patent was raised. In Washington, a special federal commission was set up to attend a closed demonstration of an experimental film with the 25th frame pasted into the film stock containing the text: "Eat the popcorn." After viewing, the members of the commission unanimously came to the conclusion about the unreliability of James Vikeri's data and the fictitiousness of his "influence technology". Without obtaining a patent, he first publicly admitted to falsifying experimental results, regaining his good name, and then replaced the term "subthreshold advertising" with the term "reminiscent advertising", regaining his millions. This is where the story of James Vickery ended.

Currently, scientists state the impossibility of psychological impact through the 25th frame. It has been established that the adaptation processes are much slower than the transmission of the 25th frame, the eye simply does not have time to recognize the presented object, to highlight the informative content in it that is adequate to the purpose of the action. Moreover, no one hides these data, and anyone can get acquainted with them. There would be a desire.

However, not everyone has such a desire. Some companies have been in a hurry to develop methods that, according to their advertising, can improve the process of memorizing foreign words. They began to refer to the effect of the 25th frame and talk about the experiment of James Vikeri in their annotations, of course, hiding the details. Demand increased by leaps and bounds. The system worked.

In fact, the techniques offered by these companies are focused solely on memorization, that is, they are based on completely different psychological principles. In these techniques, the information intended for memorization "flashes" on the screen, due to which it is learned better than if it were presented once for a sufficiently long time. In mnemonics - a system of mediated memorization - many similar methods of memorizing material are described, which became known several millennia ago. For example, in ancient India, yogis, in order to remember a certain object, looking at it, repeatedly and very quickly opened and closed their eyes, mentally imagining it. The technology of the 25th frame, as you might guess, has nothing to do with it, because James Vikeri considered it not as a way to facilitate memorization, but as a method of suggestion that controls the will and behavior of a person. But such truth will hurt demand.

In education, this scheme is widely used, where it is not prohibited. Advertising companies were less fortunate.

The effect of the 25th frame. 25 frame, the truth about 25 frame

The history of the 25th frame begins in 1957. James Vickery conducted a series of experiments in New Jersey movie theaters. During the demonstration of the film, advertising frames were additionally projected by means of an additional projector at the moments of frame change. In cinema, frames change 24 times per second, so this method of “additional” projection is called the 25th frame. The experiment received wide publicity and was banned by law. The forbidden fruit is sweet and attractive, so the invention began to be improved and exported.

This most famous and frightening example of the impact on the minds of a large group of people gave rise to myths that are voiced on TV, ripen in newspapers, magazines and books. All are unanimous in their opinion: it is impossible to prove or disprove this miracle. At the same time, according to press statements, experts from the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Television and Radio Broadcasting (VNIITR, Moscow) argue that the use of a single-frame insert is a standard method of psychological influence.

The current picture is explained by studies conducted in the laboratory of neurophysiology of the Center for Mental Health of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. They show that the increase in rumors about ways to influence the minds of large groups of people is a consequence of the impact syndrome. The syndrome is notable for the fact that a community of ignorant or unhealthy people sows myths in the heads of their compatriots. Thus, a unique phenomenon of mass consciousness has developed - a huge number of people are sure that they can fall under someone's influence.

Most viewers have a very poor understanding of the principles underlying film and television, so their external similarity levels out the differences between the methods of reproduction and perception of the image. The syndrome is strengthened by the fact that approximately 70% of people have conformist thinking (it is influenced by dependence on the opinion of the majority), and about 30% of the population may have their own opinion.

It is technically possible to replace one or more frames in the transmitted television image. At the same time, the legislation of many states prohibits advertising tricks that may have an unconscious effect on the consumer... For example, article 10 of the law on advertising of the Russian Federation.

Features of vision

Any image is a collection of areas with different brightness (fields of view). The process of vision is based on the photochemical effect of light on rhodopsin (visual purple) in the rods and iodopsin in the cones of the retina. Under the action of light, these substances are bleached and become insensitive to it. In the dark, substances are restored to the maximum degree of sensitivity. The sensation of brightness depends on the amount of bleached iodopsin and rhodopsin.

The effect of the 25th frame. 25 frame, the truth about 25 frame

Adaptation

Without conscious control, the eyes adapt to light conditions. The final state in which the light sensitivity of the eye is established for a given brightness level is called adaptation.

Adaptation is provided by three phenomena:
change in the diameter of the pupil opening;
the movement of dark pigment in the layers of the retina;
different reactions of rods and cones.

The pupil changes in diameter from 2 to 8 mm, while its area and, accordingly, the luminous flux change 16 times. Pupil contraction occurs in 5 s, and its full expansion in 5 minutes. In this case, for the first 10 s, the pupil expands by 2/3 of its diameter. Receptor cells, rods and cones, adapt at different rates. Adaptation of cones lasts about 7 minutes, and rods no more than an hour. Having adapted, the eye can best perceive what it sees.

There is an opinion that the eye has the utmost sensitivity, i. he is able to register a single quantum of light. This is not true. In fact, a flash of light can only be perceived if an area of the retina corresponding to an arc of 10 arc minutes absorbs about 10 quanta within about 0.1 s.

It is estimated that such a surface contains about 500 rods; therefore, the probability of absorption by one rod of more than one quantum of light is very small. This means that a single quantum can indeed activate a wand, however, a single wand that absorbs a quantum is not in itself capable of evoking a visual signal.

The visual system needs signals from more than one rod (about 10) almost simultaneously. These signals must be summed up in one of the departments of the visual system, and only then the observer will be able to perceive a flash of light. The level of such a signal corresponds to the absolute threshold of vision.

Coordination with the human visual system is provided by the scale, brightness and color parameters of the image. No one doubts the fact that when watching a television program, an “additional” effect can only be perceived through vision in the form of a brightness or color signal.

Everyone wants to get everything without making any effort. It was thanks to human laziness that such a technique as frame 25 appeared and became very popular. It's so tempting: you just sit, look at the screen, do nothing, and lose weight ... Is it possible to lose weight in such a passive way? Is the technique as effective as advertised? In this article, we will look at the 25 frame technology in relation to the most common areas: losing weight, attracting money, learning English and drug addiction treatment. So let's get started.

25 frame - what is it?

There are a number of professionals trying the technology in terms of science. They explain it this way: any video image consists of rapidly replacing each other pictures that make up the video sequence. If you insert the 25th frame with a certain kind of information into this video sequence, then it will not be perceived by the human eye. But at the subconscious level, the brain fixes this information and, starting from it, orients further

A bit of history

Now you know how frame 25 works. Let's find out the history of this technique. For the first time, the general public heard about this phenomenon in the middle of the last century. It was then that the first commercial experiments began to be carried out, which were based on the introduction into the subconscious of an additional frame carrying certain information. The founder of the idea is considered to be James Vikeri, who proposed to embed phrases in the movie. During the demonstration of the picture, they appeared on the screen for only 1/25 of a second. It is clear that the audience did not even have time to fix them. However, the marketing agency that developed this technique claimed that these phrases were deposited in the subconscious of people, forcing them to buy soft drinks and popcorn.

This method of increasing sales was made public, which caused a wave of indignation. Society considered it unacceptable to interfere in the psyche of people and feared its negative consequences. Later it turned out that all this hype was just a publicity stunt, and fears were in vain. A group of scientists approached James Vikeri and demanded that the experiment be repeated in the presence of a specially assembled commission. The result disappointed observers: after watching the film, it did not change in any way. After that, the development of techniques for influencing the subconscious was carried out only in secret laboratories, and public experiments were banned.

A renewed interest in frame 25 flared up in the 70s. Horror films were broadcast in cinemas, in which a mask of death flashed, rock bands began to use phrases read backwards in their albums, etc. However, these facts were explained only by the race for popularity, and few believed in their influence on the subconscious. At that time, the term "frame 25" appeared, meaning the possibility of conveying unconscious information to consciousness using electronic means.

weight loss

Due to fashion trends, many people are now obsessed with losing weight. The most popular way to achieve this goal is diet. Only not every person will be able to strictly follow it, regularly refusing their favorite dishes and delicacies. In addition, most of the proposed diets assume a complete exclusion from the diet of substances necessary for good skin condition and, in general, for optimal functioning of the body. As a result, a thin waist gets too expensive: the skin becomes problematic and dry due to beriberi, and health begins to falter and require increased attention.

Not wanting to pay such a high price for harmony, many are looking for alternative ways to lose weight, sorting through mountains of literature and information from thematic resources. And in the end they find a magical way that allows you to become Angelina Jolie in a few days without any diets and any effort.

This method is the well-advertised and popular program "25 frames for weight loss." There are a lot of rumors about this technique, as it has been promoted for more than 50 years. Supporters of this program talk about it as a panacea, completely imperceptibly and painlessly introducing information into the subconscious and solving your problems. They strongly convince the audience of the effectiveness of the program, which promises to lose weight in the shortest possible time.

Is it possible to lose weight with frame 25

Someone enthusiastically speaks about this technique, and someone declares that this is another way to pump money out of naive clients. To find out the truth, let's define the concept of "weight loss". It is a purely individual process for each organism, associated with the metabolic rate. That is, in order to lose weight, we need to either speed up the metabolism, or remove excess calories from the diet, which will be processed into fat. And the phrases flashing on the screen using the 25th frame technology will not help us with this. Only two methods proven over the years will help to lose weight - diet and sports (running, swimming, cycling, etc.), and the 25 frame program can be used as an additional method of self-hypnosis. A separate use of the technique will not give any results.

Language learning

“A group of independent software developers have created a multimedia and professional program for learning English. It is based on the principle of overmemory hypermnesia using the suggestological method of learning (frame 25), which allows the subject to assimilate information bypassing critical perception. Within a month, you will effortlessly learn English for life (7000 words at the level of recognition, although it is enough to know 2500 for reading and fluent communication). You just need to watch the video of the program for only 15-20 minutes a day.”

And how really

Why is this ad so effective? The main reason is the scientific style of the article. The author easily scatters scientific terms without explaining their meaning. This should be alarming, although for most it will only cause an additional incentive to buy. Now let's analyze the content of the article.

Firstly, the author does not give a single reference to sources confirming his words. Secondly, it is really capable of assimilating subsensory information. But the point is that it will remain unconscious. A person is unable to extract from his memory that which has penetrated there bypassing his consciousness.

Under normal circumstances, the unconscious remains unconscious. Therefore, advertising claims about the miraculous properties of memory in terms of assimilation of huge amounts of data bypassing critical perception are half-truths. In advertising, we are talking about the assimilation of words at the level of recognition. That is, when a person is shown these words, he will recognize them and say: “Yes, I have already seen them,” but he is unlikely to be able to tell about their meaning.

And the very idea of measuring knowledge of a foreign language in the number of words learned is not only strange, but also stupid. After all, knowledge of a language is determined not by a sense of recognition of words, but by the ability to understand speech, as well as write, read and speak a foreign language.

25 frame in narcology

Russian doctors have been using the 25 frame technique in narcology for more than 15 years. It is contraindicated only in patients with schizophrenia and epilepsy. According to doctors, its effectiveness is quite high.

Let's talk briefly about the treatment itself. For some time the patient refrains from taking drugs or alcohol. Then he is told about the 25th frame, and he himself formulates a task for himself. For example, "I won't use drugs for 3 years." After that, the patient watches for half an hour a video with the number 3, the phrase "3 years without drugs" and others, embedded in the form of frame 25, which unobtrusively penetrate into his subconscious. Depending on the stage of the disease, one or more sessions are performed.

Specialists, who have nothing to do with frame 25, say: “There is nothing surprising here, because at the same time as the program of frame 25, doctors use ordinary psychotherapy. And it is not clear what specifically helped the patient. But if you think objectively, then, most likely, this is ordinary autosuggestion.

Attracting money

We hope that after the 25 frame technology was revealed in relation to weight loss, learning English and drug addiction treatment, you will have no questions about its effectiveness in terms of attracting money. Don't look for freebies! And do not rely on such a technique as 25 frames. Attracting money is possible only by earning it. Therefore, to get the amount you need, make a specific plan and start implementing it step by step.

Internet fraud

Fraudsters love to use the frame 25 technique. How do they do it? The scheme is simple and is called "SMS scam". The “victim” gets to a page with an advertisement for the technique, where he is offered to download frame 25 for weight loss, language learning, etc. But in order to receive a link, you need to send an SMS to a short number. It is clear that in the case of sending SMS from the phone, all the money will be written off, and no link will come. Also, scammers offer to download the program for free. However, such a generous gift contains one or more viruses that can not only collect all the information from your computer, but also completely erase your hard drive. And do not rely on the reliability of anti-virus programs - they can not always help.

Conclusion

No matter how much the 25th frame effect is praised, it is just a publicity stunt. Using this technique, it is impossible to lose weight, learn English, cure drug addiction, etc. Do not look for easy ways, but work hard - and then everything will work out!
