What is a Lifetime Guarantee?

This is a unique project, the participants of which will offer their customers a real lifetime warranty on Veka profile products. The project was developed specifically for our country - there are no analogues either in Russia or in the world. In Transbaikalia, Alyukom became the first and only partner of the project. By the way, Alyukom is generally one of the first participants in the “Century Guarantee”, about 10 profile processors all over Russia participate in it. Recently, a manager came to the plant technical department Veka Rus company Andrey Akulov to inspect the production for the upcoming entry into the project.

Which Alucom products have a "lifetime warranty"?

Right now, Alucom is undergoing tests and checks in order to receive a special certificate that gives the right to use the "Century Guarantee". Such a certificate is valid for one year, then it needs to be renewed - to check the production again and confirm the quality of the manufactured products.

What if I accidentally break or break a window? Will the warranty run out?

If it's an accident, then no. Alucom specialists will come and fix the window just as if it had broken by itself. But if the installers see that the damage was done intentionally, the company will refuse your warranty.
